Ethlinn holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics and has +10y of accumulated experience in early-stage development in the pharmaceutical industry. Her fields of expertise include advanced drug delivery, biotechnology, non-biological complex formulations, injectables, pharmaceutics, GMP manufacturing, tech transfer, QbD, project management, and leading development teams. Ethlinn previously worked for Enceladus, Cristal Therapeutics, OctoPlus, Dr. Reddy’s and Micreos Pharma.
Youri van Nuland
Youri holds a PhD in industrial biotechnology and has 10y of accumulated experience in biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. His fields of expertise include USP & DSP development, process optimisation, scale-up, GMP manufacturing, genetic engineering, complex bioassay development, target-based drug discovery, high-throughput screening and biochemistry. Youri previously worked for WUR, TropIQ Health Sciences and Micreos Pharma.
Joris Schillemans
Joris holds a PhD in Pharmaceutics and has +10y of accumulated experience in formulation and process development in the pharmaceutical industry. His fields of expertise include advanced drug delivery and complex injectables, pharmaceutics, DoE, QbD, continuous improvement, scale up, tech transfer, and GMP manufacturing. Joris previously worked for OctoPlus, Dr. Reddy’s and Micreos Pharma.
Maurice Selman
Maurice holds a PhD in analytical chemistry and has +10y of accumulated experience in early and late stage development in the pharmaceutical industry. His fields of expertise include analytical development and validation, analytical life-cycle management, in-depth protein characterization, product specification setting, tech transfer, and project management. Maurice previously worked for Janssen Vaccines, MSD, Pharming and Micreos Pharma.
